Returns
www.calisoulbrother.com will work in every way with the customer if the product is not in the advertised condition by granting a full refund of the product price once the item is returned to us in the proper packaging within 30 days of when the order was placed. A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will apply to returns. Any specific questions regarding the condition of the item should be sent via e-mail to info@calisoulbrother.com before purchasing.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a www.calisoulbrother.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.calisoulbrother.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.calisoulbrother.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.calisoulbrother.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
